Remote IO Controller

The ZLAN remote IO Controller include 4 channels and 8 channels.
4 channels products contain 4 channels DI, 2 channels DO, 2 channels AI. The communication medium can be RS485 and Ethernet corresponding to model ZLAN6002 and ZLAN6042. ZLAN6002 support communication through RS485 bus on the basis of Modbus RTU protocol. The back use guide installation or suspender style (optional). Provide control demo software Remote IO.
8 channels products contain 8 channels digital quantity input, 8 channels relay output, 8 channels analog quantity input, the AI of first 4 channels are 0~5V voltage quantity input, after 4 channels are 4~20mA current quantity collection. The communication medium can be RS485, Ethernet, Wifi, P2P, corresponding to Model ZLAN6802, ZLAN6842, ZLAN6844, ZLAN6844N. ZLAN6802 support communication through RS485 bus on the basis of Modbus RTU protocol. ZLAN6842 support Ethernet interface, the communication protocol are Modbus TCP protocol or Modbus RTU protocol. Compared with 6842, ZLAN6844 increases WiFi function. ZLAN6844N support remote control through P2P technology.

Feature

  • Digital quantity input, meanwhile compatible with passive switch value (dry contact) and active level (wet contact).
  • Analog quantity input, including: current input, 4~20mA, voltage input: 0~5V, 0~10V.
  • Digital quantity output, the output type are relay output (5A@AC250V/DC30V).
  • The Ethernet and WiFi interface products support network search and configuration.
  • Switch value input state and switch value output state both have independent indicator, can immediately know switch input/output state through indicator.
  • Provide demo software Remote IO controlled by RS485 or TCP/IP, can demonstrate IO control and AI data acquisition for devices.
  • Can provide complete RS485 control instructions and Modbus TCP commands, convenient for integrated development of engineer.
